  • Originality, Creativity & Intent
  • Functionality & Technical Qualities (how well does it work?)
  • Ease of Use & Adoption (impact on end-user experience)
  • Game-changer (potential impact in category and industry)
  • Implementation & Performance (go-to-market strategy and entries with track record will be rewarded)
  • Sustainability & Potential for Growth (sound business model and market opportunity)

A five-point scale was used:

  2. Marginal work - Minor contribution
  3. Solid work - Some contribution
  4. Pioneering - Noteworthy contribution
  5. Trailblazing - Major Contribution

Judging Process

Judges read and scored all entries in the given category, considering any supporting materials submitted. All judges' scores were combined and the highest scoring entries determined the shortlist and winner for each category. Where there was a tie, judges were asked to re-submit scores for the relevant entries.
